On our early morning walk in our city park I gathered leaves to use for the patterns of these designs. The Autumn Leaves were my first set of designs. They have became a classic. I have learnt a lot since I created them. I have completely redigitized them and am proud to say they are even better than they were before. I created a roll of security zig-zag stitches to give you more assurance that the fabric will not work loose from under the new wider satin stitch outline. They fit the 4 x 4 inch design field just about as they are shown here. They will be sent in the PES format. They sew with no jumps. These designs can have a different look altogether if you do not use the appliqued fabric. For this just stitch the last frame. Try one in the metallic threads and fabrics or other unusual threads for a more formal look like the last two samples above. This is a great techinque to use and so elegant looking.
