All designs are created using Embired and PEDesign software and tested with a Brother's 8500 machine. They are digitized using the Manual Punch technique. This creates a much nicer design than the quick auto digitizing technique. You can tell the difference by comparing the size of the satin stitches that holds the applique fabric in place. If the design is auto digitized the satin stitches will be the same width in all areas. Manual Punched designs will be many different widths that adds greater appeal to the design. Look for this feature and test for yourself. They will be sent as PES files unless otherwise requested.

NOTICE: Most orders are filled within 12 hours of my recieving the order. However, are a few times when I am away from my computer for a day or so. I may not be able to post these times here if there is an emergency. Please take this under consideration when placing your order.

Replacement: Because of the time involved in replacing designs that have been lost by customer's failure to backup their files I must establish this policy.
One month from date order was sent ................... no charge.
From one month to two year............ $3 per collection replaced.
Two years or more......... no replacement.
My records alone will determine what is eligible for replacement.
Replacing designs is a special service I offer that the larger companies do not.
Please be considerate when asking for this service.

Notice: Is your address with PayPal correct? I must have your correct address. If you wish your order sent to a different address than the one PayPal has you must notify me.
